Buuntsies

Julien Deraedt, or ‘Buuntsies Neutsies’, was a Ronse resident who sold puffed peas in the street in the previous century. Marnic Torcque wanted to keep this tradition going.

The hors-d’oeuvre consists of yellow Hungarian peas that are washed, soaked, dried, sieved and roasted.
